PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS

One-on-One with Private Lessons

Private and Semi-Private lessons will be offered to the community through certified instructors at the Cumming Aquatic Center. In order to apply, please complete the Private / Semi-Private Lesson Request Form through the link below. All lesson request forms will be available to approved instructors who will contact you directly to coordinate lesson times and fees. Lessons will be coordinated based on instructor and pool availability, during times that are available to the public. The Aquatic Center will no longer schedule private lessons directly, but all instructors are currently certified to teach lessons and are active in teaching group lessons at the Aquatic Center.

Fees are generally the amount indicated to the right, but may differ slightly depending on the amount of time, number of students, etc.

Once completed, the form can be:

• faxed to 770.781.1786
• emailed to  cac2@cityofcumming.net
• delivered to the Cumming Aquatic Center during business hours
