The CAC partners with SilverSneakers & Prime to offer basic memberships to eligible customers. Eligible customers must register with the CAC as a SilverSneakers or Prime customer and can use their pass to visit any of the 3 pools during open hours of operation. SilverSneakers & Prime memberships at the CAC also allow free access to the SilverSneakers signature classes – SilverSplash and SilverSneakers Class (land class). The CAC partners with Silver & Fit and Active & Fit to offer basic memberships to eligible customers. Eligible customers must register with the CAC as a Silver/Active & fit customer and can use their pass to visit any of the 3 pools during open hours of operation. Silver & Fit/Active & Fit memberships at the CAC also allow free access to the Arthritis Foundation water exercise class Mon/Wed/Fri mornings. Click here for more info about group exercise classes.
