Effective IMMEDIATELY, all requests for refunds must be submitted in writing. Please complete the form provided here and drop off/email to cac2@cityofcumming.net. 5 days’ notice is REQUIRED for program cancellations, 2 weeks’ notice is REQUIRED for rentals. No exceptions!
