Outdoor Leisure Pool Private Rental
Reservation
The Outdoor Leisure Pool can be reserved after-hours for a minimum of 2 hours. Rental includes up to 75 people (including host family and all swimmers & non-swimmers), after which there will be additional charges for staffing. The OLP maximum bather load for private bookings is 300 patrons. * Food is permitted with private rental.
Fees
$700.00—2 hours (minimum) + $350.00 each additional hour. $100 deposit required – will be refunded after the party assuming all policies and procedures are followed and guests end party at appropriate time.
- 1 additional Lifeguard (+ $70/2hrs) will be required for groups with 76-150 people (swimmers & non-swimmers)
- 2 additional Lifeguards (+ $140/2hrs) will be required for groups of 151-300 (swimmers & non-swimmers)
If we are not adequately staffed, we will not allow additional guests in to the Outdoor Leisure Pool — please confirm numbers at least 7 days in advance.
Instructional Pool Private Rental
Reservation
The Instructional Pool can be reserved after-hours for a minimum of 1 hour. Rental includes up to 40 people (including host family and all swimmers & non-swimmers), after which there will be additional charges for staffing. The Instructional Pool maximum bather load is 186 patrons. * FOOD IS NOT PERMITTED ON THE POOL DECK, AND AN ACTIVITY ROOM MUST BE RENTED IF YOU WISH TO SERVE FOOD AT THE PARTY.
Fees
$145.00—1 hour
- 1 additional Lifeguard ($30/hour) will be required for groups with 41-80 people (swimmers & non-swimmers)
Activity Room Rental (Optional):
Activity Room(s) can be reserved for $30.00/hour prior to or/and during the Pool Rental. Please note that we will only allow 25 people maximum (children & adults) per Activity Room rented. If you have 26+ people, you must rent another Activity Room.
Parties will be permitted to bring their own food in to the Activity Room for the duration of the rental. Parties may bring in their own coolers to store cakes or any food items since the Cumming Aquatic Center does not provide a place to store these items.
Food Policy
Private Parties will be permitted to bring in their own food for the duration of the rental. Parties may bring in their own coolers to store cakes or any food items since the Cumming Aquatic Center does not provide a place to store these items. No glass containers are permitted on the pool deck.
Refund Policy
Due to high demand, 2 week’s (14 days) notice is required to cancel any Cabana rental, Activity Room rental, or Private Pool Rental in order to receive a full refund MINUS THE ADMINISTRATIVE FEE or to change the date of your rental. No refunds will be issued if 2 week’s notice (14 days) is not given. No partial refunds will be issued. Administrative fees are always non-refundable.
Pool Closures and Inclement Weather Policy
If inclement weather is anticipated for an Outdoor Leisure Pool private booking and appropriate notice is given (at least 2 hours), you may switch the Outdoor Leisure Pool rental to an Instructional Pool rental and a refund for the difference will be provided. Once this decision is made, you will not be able to switch back to an Outdoor Leisure Pool rental since we will not have the staff scheduled to do so.
For Outdoor Leisure Pool private rentals when appropriate notice is not provided, no full or partial refunds will be provided for inclement weather once the party has begun. Parties may be moved temporarily to the Instructional Pool and will have use of Activity Room(s) should inclement weather be a factor and a full or partial refund will not be provided.
Pool Rules
All regular Pool Rules will apply for parties and private rentals. Please see FACILITY RULES below for a complete list of our rules.
- You must be 48” tall to ride the slide. No exceptions.
- Some water toys may be permitted for Private Bookings only at the DISCRETION OF THE MANAGER ON DUTY. Please note any toys that can disrupt the Lifeguard’s line of sight will not be permitted.
- The CAC will provide life jackets if needed.
- All swimmers under 7 years of age and any non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult in the water. We request that you maintain a ratio of 1 adult to 4 children for the swimming portion of the party. Swimmers 7–13 years must have an adult present in a swim suit. All swimmers must wear a bathing suit. Life-guard(s) will be present for the party but parents/guardians are still expected to supervise their children.
