Group Exercise Classes
COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS: Guests will be admitted on a first come first served basis with a maximum of 30 guests allowed in water exercise classes and 20 guests allowed in the land class. WATER WALKING will also resume on Tuesday, July 16th, Monday to Friday from 8:15 – 9:45 am, with a maximum of 30 participants. Please practice social distancing.
All WATER CLASSES will be offered in the Instructional Pool and all LAND CLASSES will be offered in the Multi-purpose room, located off the Competition Pool deck. The Aquatic Center reserves the right to limit the number of class participants and instructor assignments are subject to change without notice. SilverSneakers® members can take non-SilverSneakers classes but will be required to pay the CAC class fees. Non-SilverSneakers® members can take the SilverSneakers Splash and SilverSneakers Classic classes but will be required to pay the CAC class fees. The minimum age for participation is 14 years.
Drop-in passes are available for $7 / class. Senior passes (60+ years) are available for $48 (10-visit) and $103 (25-visit). Adult passes (14 – 59 years) are available for $63 (10-visit) and $135 (25-visit).
No classes will be held on the following holidays. Please note that if the holiday follows on a weekend, classes may not be held on the Friday prior or Monday after. CAC Water Fitness Classes
Self-led activity in the Competition Pool.
8:00 – 10:00 am (self-led)
Improve cardio & strength; great aerobic workout and muscle toning.
9:00 – 9:55 am with Melissa
Medium to high intensity moves to improve cardio strength. Great aerobic workout & muscle toning.
Tuesday & Thursday mornings
9:00 – 9:55 am with Sheree (Tues) & Katie (Thurs)
A variety of high intensity cardio, strength training, and toning exercises. Our most challenging class!
6:00 – 6:55 pm with Melissa
6:00 – 6:55 pm with Lisa
Relieve stress with this low-cardio class. Focuses on range of motion, core moves, working with aqua weights.

Arthritis (Free for those who are eligible for Silver & Fit through their insurance)
Gentle exercises to improve range of movement & flexibility. Instructor is certified with the Arthritis Foundation.

A variety of fun shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability required.
Monday – Friday mornings
11:00-11:55 am with Val
A fun and music motivating variety of land exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Classes held in CAC Multipurpose Room.
